Away from the distractions and stressors of 'normal life' we are invited to go deep into a space of transformation. Back for the third year, and for the first time held in BEAUTIFUL BALI, Conscious Creator is a transformative yoga retreat steeped in powerful manifestation and energy clearing practices and principles.
Held intentionally toward the end of one year and at the beginning of the next, this retreat is a potent container designed as a space to release and let go of that which you no longer require AND as a place to plant the seeds of your desire... and your heartfelt intentions for 2025.
We go deep in this space. This work is deep and powerful and profound. The amplification of the island of Bali is our ally here. This land is magnetic, and you will be completely held and supported to go fully and wholly into your heartfelt desire and all you wish to let go of...and create.
I have taken what I LOVED about this retreat and added to it since last round... and the round before that! It's getting bigger and better each year.
Traditionally this was a 2-night weekend retreat BUT after 2 nights we are just getting started and dropping in. So, I have expanded it wildly and taken it to the stunning location at Yama Retreat in Balian, West Bali.
This next round in 2024 will be a full 4-night experience. This gives us a bounty of time and space to connect with the magnetic earth, the lush jungle, the cleansing water, ourselves and each other.
It will be a space of transformation like no other.
I hope you can join me in 2024. It's going to be pure magic! The last retreat in Bali was amazing for the guests and the feedback I received was overwhelmingly positive. These guests reported huge shifts, deepened clarity and an amazing sense of community with new, authentic and aligned friendships. I know this retreat will be the same if not better next time. Held at the stunning venue Yama Retreat Space in Bali, guests will arrive between 2-4pm Friday 8th November 2024 and will depart at around midday on Tuesday 12th November.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Twin or couple share accommodation (bring a bestie or I will match you with a soul sister) OR have a stunning room to yourself. There are 4 suites (for 2 people) and 6 deluxe rooms with king beds that are more suitable for a spacious, solo guest. Once they are booked out there is no more space. This is an intimate event with a maximum of 14 people which makes it so energetically potent. You will be seen and heard.

Flow and/or yin yoga + meditation + yoga nidra specific to energy clearing and setting potent intentions. There are twice daily practices at 7.30am and 4pm.

Delicious, high vibe meals cooked and prepared by the incredible team at Yama Retreat. The food is incredibly fresh, farm to table feasting! Breakfast and lunch are buffet style and dinner is an individually plated 3 course affair each evening. There are vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available, and most dietaries can be catered for with notice given to Lou.

I have designed this retreat to include 2 full yoga practices a day PLUS writing rituals to go deep into clearing and creating. There will also be ample time to integrate between sessions and immerse in the beautiful pool and gardens. You might like to walk to the beach and explore the village nearby. This is after all YOUR time to nurture, rest and visualize.
Guest will be arriving between 2-4pm on Friday 8th November and will be leaving after brunch and closing circle around midday on Tuesday 12th.

MEET YOUR RETREAT HOST LOU
Lou has 8 years experience teaching yoga full time in Melbourne, Australia. She has co-facilitated international yoga teacher training programs in Thailand where she taught students from all over the world. As a certified life coach, her passion is combining her two loves - yoga and self development - by creating and hosting transformational retreats for participants to go deep into a healing space where they are able to shift limiting beliefs and create a life they are inspired by

A deposit of $500 is non refundable, however a credit may be offered for a future product or service.
100% refund of balance will be given for cancellation 60+ days from event start date. 50% refund of balance for cancellation 30-59 days from event start date. No refund for cancellation 0-29 days before the event start date.
